Shipping & Return Policy

All orders may be shipped through either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Orders will generally ship within 1-2 days, and should be received within 5-7 business days of the date your order is placed. At this time, products may only be shipped to US addresses. The flat rates are as follows:

Baby Booty Blowout Gear: $5.99

Pad Refills: $4.99

Car Decal: $0.50

The Whole Shebang Package: $14.99

** Once International shipping is available, we will surely address it on our website.

** Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. The fastest option will automatically be chosen by Messy Baby Co, LLC.

** Please understand that once your package has shipped, any delays due to the carrier service is out of our control.  If you have not received your package within the estimated 5-7 business days, please reach out to us at Hello@MessyBabyCo.com and we will be sure to follow up with your tracking number and assist however we can to be sure your purchase is received.

If you are dissatisfied with your products for any reason, please contact us at Hello@MessyBabyCo.com and let’s see if we can rectify the situation.  As a small business, our customer satisfaction is our upmost concern.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges on used product.  You may return or exchange UNUSED product within 30 days from when you receive your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs.  Items need to be returned in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If an item(s) needs to be exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the costs of return shipping, as well as the shipping expenses of the new/exchanged item(s). We reserve the right of refusal to exchange or accept returns on items damaged by the customer.

Once your order has been placed, we do our best to have it shipped out within 1-2 days.  If you wish to cancel an order before this time, please contact us at Hello@MessyBabyCo.com as soon as possible so we can halt the process and refund your purchase.  If your order has already gone out for shipping, we can no longer cancel it and you will then need to refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Any changes needing to be made once an order is placed will follow the same guidelines as the Cancellation Policy.
